The Madelyn
We very rarely build spec homes. These are homes we built before having a buyer. The Madelyn was built in the Riverwalk Subdivision of Eagle, ID. This is a 3 bedroom +office/ 3 Bath / single story home with a large RV Bay. This was one of our favorite projects and it featured a fun dog wash station.

This is one of our rare spec homes that we built in Meridian, ID in the Whitebark subdivision. This is a 2 story home, 4 bedrooms/2.5 bath with an RV Bay garage. We also built a customized version of the Whitebark home. We had clients that liked the floorplan but changed it some and added extra bedrooms, a pool room, and a salon to fit their needs.
