Owners -
Keith & Michelle Bucher
Keith and Michelle Bucher are a husband-and-wife team and the owners of LCM Building Company, LLC (formerly Landmark Construction Management, LLC). Idaho natives and Boise State University alumni, they bring deep local roots and decades of experience to every project.
Keith has over 20 years of construction experience, holding a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and a public works license. His passion for construction began as a finish carpenter and grew through years as a construction manager on both commercial and residential projects. He later became a regional construction manager for a large local developer, overseeing major developments throughout the Treasure Valley. In 2012, he chose to launch his own company, Landmark Construction Management, to provide a more hands-on, client-focused building experience.
Michelle brings a strong design eye to the team, helping clients select finishes and designs that truly feel like home. She is also a Realtor with Silvercreek Realty Group, assisting LCM clients in finding the perfect land to build their dream home.
Together, Keith and Michelle combine construction expertise, design guidance, and real estate knowledge to make the building process seamless and stress-free for their clients.
